Monday Morning Devotion 10.24.22

Good Morning!

Our morning devotions have switched up a bit. We will no longer have the Thursday devotion, and the Tuesday devotion is moved to Wednesday. Today we looked at 2 Sam. 5:24.

Today for our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we heard a word from Paul in 1 Cor. 2:1-5 where he encourages Christians to trust in the power of Scripture. It’s that which will take down our enemies, and it will do so in Christ.

Today for our devotion we looked at Hebrews 13:18-19. In this morning’s passage the author of Hebrews gives a warning about the kind of conduct that should be on witness in the local church as the world looks on.

In today’s devotion we looked at Isaiah 41:14 and the call to remember the bounty provided by the LORD to His covenant people.

For our Tuesday devotion we looked at the seraphic love that Solomon had for his beloved from Song of Songs 8:5 and how we are to likewise long after Christ for Christ’s sake.

Today we heard a word of reminder of the blessings of the covenant of grace from Psalm 111.
