Tuesday Morning Devotion 1.17.23

After a couple week break Bethany ARP is back with our Monday devotion as we begin a series in Ezra and Nehemiah with Ezra 1:1-4. God in His grace provides a honorable pagan king to protect and provide for His people.

Good Morning,

Welcome to our weekly look back at the sermon from Sunday and then a brief consideration of where we are going next. Have a blessed week!

In Christ,

Today for our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 10:1-14 as we closed out our time in this book with a word about national and personal holiness.

Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 12:18-25. The author comforts us with a reminder of the reason why we need not fear in this present world, for we are Christ’s and citizens of His living kingdom.

Today for our “What’s That Word” Wednesday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at one of the stranger events in the Bible, and that is the appearance of the dead in Matthew 27:52-53.

Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 9:6-10. In this passage the author of Hebrews opens up to us a little bit about the advantages we have in the new covenant temple vs. the old covenant temple.
