Tuesday Morning Devotion 2.14.23

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at 1 Cor. 16:5-12. The Apostle speaks to the Corinthian church about his travel plans, encourages them to help out Timothy, and ask for prayer for his friend Apollos.

Today for our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at the Parable of the Ten Minas from Luke 19 as we heard how we are to approach the gifts the Lord provides and how we are to be active in His kingdom.

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 2:64-70 as we saw how God brings His people through trials stronger than they were before.

Today for our “What’s That Word” Wednesday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Ezekiel 1 and the story of a four-sided eyeball wheeled face.

For today’s lesson we heard an explanation as to what evening worship is and why we should gather twice a Sunday for God’s blessings. We started with Acts 20:7-12.

It can be a little squirrely sometimes talking about the remuneration due to pastors for their labors, but Paul reminds us that this is a great blessing for the shepherds called to preach the gospel of peace and for the people who receive their ministry.
