Tuesday Morning Devotion 5.2.23

Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 12:12-17. In this passage the author of Hebrews warns us of the dangers of bitterness and the need to look to Jesus to be reconciled to our brothers and sisters.

Today we looked at Hebrews 11:8-12. In today’s passage the author of Hebrews brought forward the example of Abraham and Sarah and what it means to trust in the promise of the Lord.

Today we looked at Hebrews 10:1-4 in our morning devotion from Bethany ARP. In today’s passage the author of Hebrews begins to close out his comments on the superiority of Christ to the sacrifices of the old covenant.

Today in our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 5:5-11. In today’s passage we talked about superiority of Jesus Christ as the High Priest and what the Father did in giving Him that authority.

Today for our Tuesday devotion from Bethany ARP we heard a word on Matthew 6:26 from Charles Spurgeon on what it means that God is our Father and why are to find peace and strength in that glorious gift.

After a two week hiatus due to Rev. Glaser’s travels the Bethany ARP Monday morning devotion is back with a look at Hebrews 5:1-4 and the work of priests.
