Monday Morning Devotion 5.8.23

Good Morning,

Join us at Bethany ARP Church every Monday morning as we expand on yesterday’s morning sermon and prep for next week.

By His Grace,

Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 9:6-10. In this passage the author of Hebrews opens up to us a little bit about the advantages we have in the new covenant temple vs. the old covenant temple.

After a couple week break Bethany ARP is back with our Monday devotion as we begin a series in Ezra and Nehemiah with Ezra 1:1-4. God in His grace provides a honorable pagan king to protect and provide for His people.

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 4:1-5 as we see an example of how the civil magistrate is to protect and defend the church of the Lord Jesus Christ as she goes about her work.

Today we looked at 1 Kings 13 and the story of a prophet, killed by a lion, who then watched guard over him in the mercy and grace of God.

Today for our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 7:27-28 and heard a word about how to cultivate and how important a heart of thanksgiving is to daily life as a believer.
