Tuesday Morning Devotion 7.11.23

Today for our Tuesday devotion from Bethany ARP we heard a word on Matthew 6:26 from Charles Spurgeon on what it means that God is our Father and why are to find peace and strength in that glorious gift.

Today we looked at Hebrews 6:1-8. In today’s passage we talked about the need for Believers to move past the elementary principles and embrace the deeper things of the Christian life. Weak sheep make for easy pickings in the day of temptation.

Today in our Tuesday devotion we heard a word of encouragement from the doctrine of adoption. Being a part of Christ’s family is key to our hope.

For Monday’s devotion from Hebrews 6:9-12 we talked about the importance of remaining steadfast in the gospel of Jesus Christ and being thankful for the careful labors of the Lord’s undershepherds.

God in grace gives us pictures of Christ in Old Testament events. Abel shows us the nature of what Jesus’ blood sprinkled cries out to God saying.

On today’s devotion from Bethany ARP we took another look at Isaiah 49:8 as the fulness of Christ and His work was laid on our hearts in grace.
