For today’s devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at 1 Corinthians 3:18-23. Paul here gives a word about worldly wisdom versus that wisdom which come from God. For the believer discerning between the two begins with humility.
The peace of the Christian is found alone in the one who has called us unto Himself. When we are drawn low by the world and our own sin we have one plea and place for hope.
For today’s end-of-week devotion we heard a plea for resting and living in the mercy of God for sinners, and being wiling to receive His needed grace.
Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 12:18-25. The author comforts us with a reminder of the reason why we need not fear in this present world, for we are Christ’s and citizens of His living kingdom.
