Wednesday Morning Devotion 1.17.24

Today we looked at 1 Corinthians 1:10-17. In this morning’s passage the apostle gives warning against a party spirit and making anything more important than our identity in Christ.

Today for our Wednesday devotion (we explain the switch in days at the start of the video) from Bethany ARP we heard an encouragement to rest in the imputed righteousness of Christ, especially when Satan points out our sin.

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 4:6-16 as we see an example of how enemies of the church attempt to mar the work of the gospel and how then the people of God should respond to such.

For today’s Monday devotion we continued in Paul’s 1st letter to Corinth with a look at what a “clear note” is in regard to spiritual gifts from 1 Cor. 14:6-19.

Today for our Monday devotion we looked at 1 Cor. 6:12-20. As Paul warns us to flee from sexual immorality he also takes a moment to speak about the blessed nature of our spiritual union with Christ.

Today’s word, or words, come to us from John 3:18 and a question surrounding the phrase “condemned already”.
