Wednesday Morning Devotion 3.20.24

Today for our Tuesday devotion we looked at a question about the benefits of the family of God, especially about Christ being our older brother and the benefits which come with it.

It can be a little squirrely sometimes talking about the remuneration due to pastors for their labors, but Paul reminds us that this is a great blessing for the shepherds called to preach the gospel of peace and for the people who receive their ministry.

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 5:1-2 as we see an example of how God supports His people in days of frustration and trial as the temple of the heart is built up in faith.

The peace of the Christian is found alone in the one who has called us unto Himself. When we are drawn low by the world and our own sin we have one plea and place for hope.

In today’s devotion from Hebrews 11:4-7 we began to hear the first testimonies of the faithful believers.

Today for our “What’s That Word” Wednesday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at another one of the stranger events in the Bible, and that is the disputing over the body of Moses in Jude 1:9 by Michael and Satan.
