Monday Morning Devotion 6.3.24

Today for our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at the Parable of the Persistent Widow from Luke 18 as we heard a word of reminder of how gracious and caring our Heavenly Father is for His covenant children.

Today for our devotion we looked at Hebrews 5:10-12 and the need for believers to eat meat, and not be satisfied with just milk.

Today for our morning devotion we heard a word from 1 Peter 5:7 on the call for those undergoing trials to be patient and know the presence of God.

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Ezra 1:5-11. As Cyrus and others begin to bring the elements of the Temple and other chargers of gold and silver we see God’s providence shine in grace.

Today we looked at Hebrews 11:8-12. In today’s passage the author of Hebrews brought forward the example of Abraham and Sarah and what it means to trust in the promise of the Lord.

Today we looked at 1 Corinthians 7:1-9. Of all of Paul’s writings this set of verses can be the trickiest, however, the main point of the apostle’s concern remains sexual immorality and how spouses are to help one another in the keeping of the seventh commandment.
