Wednesday Morning Devotion 9.25.24

Today for our Tuesday devotion from Bethany ARP we heard a word from Luke 8:13 about ensuring the ground is ready for the seed to be planted, and where we go to gain the plow.

For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at 1 Cor. 16:13-16. The Apostle speaks to the Corinthian church about what it means to be a man and how men are to serve one another, and through that example lead the church.

Today for our devotion we looked at Hebrews 5:10-12 and the need for believers to eat meat, and not be satisfied with just milk.

Today for our “What’s That Word” Wednesday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at 2 Kings 6:24-31 and a question which came in about one of the more horrific scenes in the Old Testament involving baby cannibalism.

Today we looked at Hebrews 10:26-39. In the passage the author of Hebrews expounds on the possibility of apostasy and the dangers of ignoring the warnings of Hell and the certainties of wrath for trampling the Son underfoot.

Today’s word, or words, come to us from John 3:3-13 where Jesus is speaking to Nicodemus. Why this passage? Because today our “What’s That Word” is a series of words, or better said, pronouns… “Thee/Thou/Ye/You”.
