Monday Morning Devotion 3.10.25

For today’s Monday devotion from Bethany Church we began to close out our time in Hebrews with Ch. 13:7-17. Paul there reminds us of our duty to support our elders, and that all ultimate authority comes from Christ alone.

Today for our Tuesday devotion we looked at a question about the benefits of the family of God, especially about Christ being our older brother and the benefits which come with it.

For today’s devotion we began a new walk through 1 Corinthians. Paul opens this letter reminding everyone that he is a man under authority, and that there are no lone rangers in the Church.

The world looks down on believers when we call out for Christ in weakness, but it is there where we see our resting in Jesus be the strongest blessing.

Today we looked at 1 Corinthians 12:1-11. In this passage the apostle begins to work through the unity of the church and how each member of the body is given by God certain blessings that are designed to build up one another in faith.

For today’s devotion we spent time hearing a word of encouragement about God’s free love for sinners through the shed blood of the lamb.
