For our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at Ezra 4:1-5 as we see an example of how the civil magistrate is to protect and defend the church of the Lord Jesus Christ as she goes about her work.

Today in our Monday devotion from Bethany ARP we took a look at the most perplexing of Jesus’s parables, the Shrewd Steward, and how his wisdom witnesses to how believers should approach life from Luke 16:1-9.

Today for our Tuesday devotion we heard a challenge from Charles Spurgeon about the importance of using the past examples of God’s grace to us to help us in the dark moments of life.

On today’s devotion we heard a word from Joshua 5:12 about the way we are to live in light of the peace we have in the Promised Land life found in Christ.

For Monday’s devotion on Wednesday from Bethany ARP we began to look at Hebrews 7:1-10 and the continuation of Paul’s conversation about the superiority of Christ’s priesthood to the old covenant’s types and shadows.

Today for our morning devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Ezra 8:21-23 as we heard a word about God’s gracious gift of prayer and how He calls us to use it to help in a time of need.
