Monday Morning Devotion 2.16.26

Today for our “What’s That Word” Wednesday devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Ezekiel 1 and the story of a four-sided eyeball wheeled face.

For today’s What’s That Word Wednesday devotion from Bethany ARP we heard an explanation as to what is happening in 1 Kings 13 when the man of God is eaten by a lion, while his donkey stands nearby.

On today’s devotion we heard a word from Joshua 5:12 about the way we are to live in light of the peace we have in the Promised Land life found in Christ.

For today’s Monday devotion from Bethany Church we began to close out our time in Hebrews with Ch. 13:7-17. Paul there reminds us of our duty to support our elders, and that all ultimate authority comes from Christ alone.

For today’s lesson we walked through Lamentations 2:12-18 and heard an explanation for why the enemies of Israel are driven by the LORD to such a sad state of affairs and what we can learn from it.

Today for our devotion we heard an impassioned plea from Charles Spurgeon to sing praises to the Lord, not just in song, but in the way we show mercy.
