Today for our devotion from Bethany ARP we heard a word of encouragement about the security of our faith gifted and granted to us by our Father, and in Christ.
Today we looked at Hebrews 10:19-25. In today’s passage the author of Hebrews expounds on the benefits of congregational worship on the Lord’s Day. He reminds us of the boldness and assurance that come to those in Christ, as expressed in our presence with God in the Holy of Holies.
Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Hebrews 10:11-18. We saw how the one sacrifice of Christ is the culmination of the old covenant promises and nullifies the need for any continuation of the ceremonial law.
Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we heard a word of encouragement about living to Christ, His being the goal of all of our life from Philippians 1:21.
Today in our devotion we looked at Hebrews 10:5-10. In this passage the author of Hebrews shares an important lesson about the nature of Christ’s sacrifice for sin at the cross as he quotes Psalm 40.
Today for our morning devotion we heard a word from 1 Peter 5:7 on the call for those undergoing trials to be patient and know the presence of God.
Today we looked at Hebrews 10:1-4 in our morning devotion from Bethany ARP. In today’s passage the author of Hebrews begins to close out his comments on the superiority of Christ to the sacrifices of the old covenant.
Today in our devotion from Bethany ARP we looked at Isaiah 40:1 and heard a plea to find our spiritual renewal in the food provided by Jesus Christ. His word, His ordinances, and His Day give us all the sustenance we need to thrive.
The light which God provides in the gospel shows us what is true and what is right. We must keep our eyes open and desire the light, and not the darkness.
